Spurred by her enviable academic background and her enduring professional experience (especially in Public Health Management) and moved by the alarming statistics on multiple-birth eventualities and requests, the First Lady of Lagos State, Dr. (Mrs.) Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, conceived the Jumejilo Multi-Birth Assistance Programme (JMAP) in Lagos. This is another outstanding way of attributing the state’s strategic development agenda – T.H.E.M.E.S
